Business Psychologist


Bob has been thinking with the customer in people for over 20 years as a designer and developer of both business systems and creative projects.

He’s is an active listener with a strategic curiosity who got his start in artificial intelligence, entered business and then psychology.

Much of his work has explored customer relationships in the computer consulting business and how they add value to decision support systems.

His interest in thinking and how people make decisions started as an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins where he received an engineering degree with a concentration in creative writing and thought he’d be writing textbooks.

He also studied theoretical physics in a PhD program at Johns Hopkins and earned both an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an MA degree with an emphasis in psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute.
